Shipping Policy

surron e bike for sale near me are quite big and heavy for just regular shipping, so we send all our surron e bike used using a Freight LTL service.  All shipments will require a delivery appt. so please double check your details included for the right e-mail and phone number so our Freight carrier can arrange your delivery! We happily provides liftgate services for those who need it, but any other services will be done at your own expense (such as inside deliveries).

Because we use Freight LTL, sometimes most locations are deliverable.  We will let you know if not possible and ask for an alternative address in case we can't deliver to where you are living.

We ship Freight once a week, so after you place your order and receive your order confirmation and tracking code, it will ship within 1-5 business days, depending on which day you ordered.

Any international shipment that has been shipped cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Warranty Policy

At used surron e bike, we offer up to 12 months warranty on our surron electric bike.

Surron e bikes are large and expensive to ship, and we sell only surron e bike used in perfect condition, and we do accept returns if your bike is dead on arrival or malfunctioning. We also offer rental services, and highly recommend you contact us  before completing your purchase or rent with us.

If a surron e bike has a minor issue (such as a scratch, or chip on the paint), we will give out a reasonable discount.

For 30 days after the delivery date we can replace any part that is deemed defective from shipping.

The power system (motor, controller, display and battery) has a 6 month limited warranty.

We do have exclusions for normal wear components (such as bearings, seals, chain, brake components, suspension valving), as well as misuse or failure caused by damages due to accident, collisions, or neglect. Misuse also includes altering any wiring, or installing any non-genuine parts, as well as any use for racing.  Any misuse in charging, storing, or discharging will void our warranty agreement. Our warranty agreement are non-transferable and you must have proof of purchase receipt from us before asking for warranty replacement.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a used surron bike for sale may not be what you expected to be, and in that unlike event we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a surron electric dirt bike.

• As you receive a shipping notification and tracking number, it is too late to cancel the order and you must request a return.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original ship date as long as the surron electric bike for sale is in the good condition, sealed, and undamaged in the shipping box. 
• Shipping costs are also non-refundable for change of mind returns.
• Once the surron bike has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete (including the “packaging seal”  box, with the unit in its package box) and undamaged or misused. Your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling, will be refunded to you.  We do not refund any shipping costs.
